  80,000 square-foot single story brick building.

• Scope:

  
  • Removal of 80,000 sq. ft. of various roofing systems and installation of all new metal decking.
  • Replacement of failing roof membranes with Firestone mechanically-attached EPDM over 1/8” tapered Polyiso insulation.
  • Fabrication and installation of .040 gauge Kynar finish copings and flashings.
